This once quiet Lobby was brought to life with the creation of an urban casual bistro. The design is inspired by the development of a menu that offers an innovative twist on American classic meals and handcrafted beers. The iconic oval shaped bar, social areas with live-edged communal tables, a cozy private lounge, and intimate restaurant define the atmosphere. Anchoring the entire ground floor is an action kitchen. With a roll out omelet station, elaborate buffet set up and bank of three stainless steel dumbwaiters, this area is the hub of activity.
